On the control panel, press the PAIRING button for five seconds. The control panel beeps and the ring around the control panel Emergency button lights blue.

Refer to ESUG05074 Care@Home CMS Reference Manual. 3.5. Transferring Voice Calls The monitoring station or caregiver can use the Communicator or control panel to speak with the resident.
