Maintenance Your hearing aid is a high-precision system. Proper maintenance and operation ensures optimum performance. Clean the earwax in the ear canal at least twice a week. Clean the microphone hold and receiver hold regularly. If the hearing aid is damp, do not use a microwave oven, hairdryer, and/or other electric heaters to dry. - Page 12 Repair When the hearing aid is out of order, please refer to the methods described in the “(Hearing aid/Charge Box)Breakdown Self Check” table in this manual. If you still cannot solve the problem in accordance with these methods, send the whole set of hearing aids back to the company for repair. Please describe the hearing aid malfunction in as much detail as possible.
