- Page 6 Installation Steps Mount Hydro Header wall bracket • If installing on a framed wall be sure to secure to a stud or use wall anchors to support 85lbs. Place Hydro Header on wall bracket. Slide the Hydro Header along the wall bracket to desired location.
- Page 7 • Wire the boiler manufacturer’s supplied and recommended controls according to the installation manual supplied with the boiler and controls. • The Hydro Header 300 comes with pumps that are pre-wired to a zone relay. Provide 115V AC to the pump relay with a disconnect switch following local electrical codes.
