GOFR Cooler Cart Owner’s Manual STEP 3A Adjust Chassis Length, and Center on Cooler. • For larger coolers, the GOFR chassis expands. • If your cooler requires more width, unscrew the pre-assembled bolts and nuts and using the graphics below expand the chassis to fit your cooler and then tighten bolts and nuts as shown.

GOFR Cooler Cart Owner’s Manual STEP 4 Panel and Panel Extender Assembly • Attach the Small Panel Extenders (P9) to the Small Accessory Panels (P12). • Attach the Large Panel Extenders (P10) to the Large Accessory Panels (P11). • Use the parts/tools A5, A9, T2, and T5.

GOFR Cooler Cart Owner’s Manual STEP 6 Panel Bumpers: NOTE – Some coolers have different shapes that affect how the Small Accessory Panels sit on the sides of the cooler. If the Small Accessory Panel does not sit flush then install the Panel Bumpers (P5).

GOFR Cooler Cart Owner’s Manual STEP 8 Attach Rubber Feet • Attach the Rubber Feet (P3) as shown on the left. • Using screwdriver (T1) attach Rubber Feet (P3) into the chassis as shown. Use Foot Screws (A12) to attach and tighten only enough to slightly compress the rubber foot.

GOFR Cooler Cart Owner’s Manual STEP 10 Assemble the Wheels • Place the Double Sealed Bearings (A3) on each side of the wheel. • Use Wheel Bolt (A1) and Nut (A2) to mount each tire. • Repeat to attach all wheels.
