MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
1- Line up the Long Tube (#1) and the Short Tube (#2) in the Carrier Rubber Base (#3). 2- Insert the Short Bolt (#9) in the 4 corners
holes of the Carrier Ruber Base (#3) and insert the Big Bracket (#4) under the Carrier Rubber Base (#3). 3- Lock the Short Bolt (#9) with
Washer (#13) and with the Nylock Nut (#10). 4- Insert the Long Bolt (#8) in the 2 middle holes of the Carrier Rubber Base (#3), insert
the Small Bracket (#5) under and lock it with Regular Nut (#11) and with Washer (#13). Securely lock the rack on the crossbar with the
Knobs Nuts (#7). 5- Tighten all of the bolts.
LOADING KAYAK
1- Run the strap around the top of the carrier.
2- Adjust the High Density Foam (#6) to fit kayak.
3- Load kayak with cockpit facing towards you. Ensure that all of the contact points on the kayak touch the pads.
4- Center kayak on carriers and make sure the straps do not cover the cockpit area.
5- Loop the straps over the kayak and around the bottom of the carrier, and tighten.
6- Attach the bow and stern down to a secure point on the bumper.
7- Check the lines and the straps regularly to ensure they are always tight.

warranty from the original date of purchase against
defects in manufacturing or materials. The warranty ends
if a purchaser transfers the product to any other person.
If any defect appears on your Skyrack product during the
warranty, please contact us by email.
Skyrack will repair or replace the product without charge
for parts or labor. Skyrack can decide to issue to the buyer a refund
equal to the purchase price paid. No warranty is given for defects caused
by normal wear, cosmetic rust, scratches, accidents, illegal operation of the
vehicle, or personal modification of the product.

• Do not exceed the factory recommended load on the
crossbars.
• Maximum kayak load should not exceed 75 lbs (34 kg).
• Ensure the kayak carrier and the cross bars are properly
installed and tight on the vehicle.
• The kayak must be centered on the kayak carriers.
• Always tie down the bow and stern of the kayak to vehicle
bumpers or tow hooks (sold separately).
