This guide explains how to transfer images to an FTP server.
If your camera's system software version is earlier than Ver.2.0, refer to the Help Guide at the following URL.

We recommend that you use a gigabit ethernet adaptor. However, Sony does not guarantee the operation of all products. (C) LAN cable (sold separately) Use a Category 5e or higher Shielded Twisted Pair (STP) cable with high shielding performance.

Hint We recommend using a smartphone and USB cable that support USB-PD (USB Power Delivery). However, Sony does not guarantee the operation of all products. Note Depending on the details of your contract with your communications carrier, tethering via a mobile line may not be possible, or you may unintentionally incur communication costs.

The [FTP Connect Method] setting and the destination server can be specified separately, so that settings can be quickly changed according to the network environment and other factors during recording and transfer.
