FAQs
1. Why is IR learning not successful?
Please check the learning posture. The original remote control should be vertically aligned with the
super remote head. Take a closer look at the diagram below.
The other two remote controls are about 2cm apart and can also
be moved between 0-50cm to try. Also, try moving to a different

2. What if I can't find it on my original remote?
Please read carefully the method of adding equipment against the above, if it is the IR remote control

3. Why doesn't RF learning work?
There are many RF protocols. We also do not support 2.4G or 433 scrolling codes with passwords. For

4. Why is Bluetooth learning not successful?
Bluetooth remote control does not support learning, you can refer to the above method to add
Bluetooth remote control universal Bluetooth.
5. Why does Bluetooth always break?
Bluetooth may be disconnected due to distance, device compatibility, Bluetooth antenna, etc. If the
situation is serious, we recommend using our 2.4GUSB to solve.
6. Why does Bluetooth (2.4GUSB) not turn on?
Super Remote Bluetooth and 2.4GUSB do not support directly power on. You can power on the device
through RF remote control socket + incoming call or HDMI-CEC linkage.
7. Why can't see the power display on your remote control?
Super remote has no power indicator, only when the power is less than 20%, power shortage icon will
appear and flash.
8. The macro I created can't find Bluetooth?
Only one Bluetooth remote is allowed inside the regrouped remote and macro keys. So if you need
Bluetooth in your macros, you can create a regrouped remote based on the Bluetooth remote.

Battery and Charging
Don't attempt to replace the remote battery yourself——you may damage the
battery ,which could cause overheating, fire, and injury. The lithium-ion battery in the
remote should be serviced or recycle by Super Remote or an authorized service
provider, and must be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste.
