1. Automatic Bounce Button: Press the Bounce Button to automatically
release the probe.
2. Display: Displays the current temperature.
3. /°C/°F Button: Press once to turn ON the unit. Press to select which
temperature unit to display, Hold for 3 seconds to turn OFF the unit.
4. Hold Button: Press once to lock the current temperature and press again
to unlock. If you do not press twice to unlock, the thermometer will
automatically unlock after 15 seconds.
5. Light Button: Press once to turn ON/OFF the backlight. Hold for 3 seconds
to turn the flashlight ON/OFF.
6. Stopper Lock: Holds the temperature probe in place when fully extended.
Always fully extend the probe so it locks securely in place.
