To start a CIFARELLI M1200US:

1. Ensure the liquid tap is closed and no one is nearby.
2. Set the choke lever to the correct position (horizontal as shown in Picture 14).
3. Pull the starting handle gently—do not pull it to the end to avoid spring damage.
4. Guide the handle back slowly so the rope rewinds properly.
5. Once the engine starts, keep it at idle speed for at least one minute.
6. Then, gradually accelerate to maximum power using the steady throttle lever.
