GENERALITA’ Il sensore di fumo IE 326S-2L appartiene alla famiglia di sensori IE 326 da installare in impianti antincendio governati da centrali convenzionali serie CF e compatibili. Il suo funzionamento è basato sull’addensamento del fumo nella camera di riflessione interna; le micropar- ticelle, infatti, riflettono l’emissione luminosa del diodo fotoemettitore verso un elemento fotosensibile non in portata ottica fino a superare la soglia di taratura provocando l’attivazione dell’allarme. -

PRECAUZIONI E AVVERTENZE Per prevenire danni al sensore e, quindi, l’invalidazione della garanzia, è necessario non rimuovere la protezione plastica del sensore fino al termine dell’installazione. NON DIPINGERE IL SENSORE. DA NON INSTALLARSI IN AREE DOVE LA VELOCITA’ DELL’ARIA E’ SUPERIORE A 5 Km/ora. Le ottime caratteristiche funzionali devono essere mantenute tali con una manutenzione periodica e costante, in quanto, a causa del principio di funzionamento, in quanto sporcizia e polvere che si depositano all’interno della camera di riflessione potrebbero originare dei falsi allarmi. -

- Per testare la funzionalità del sensore, far penetrare sufficiente fumo (magari coadiuvandosi con il pro- dotto IESS AEROSOL) nella camera a riflessione interna per almeno 10 secondi. - Quando il quantitativo di fumo all’interno del sensore supera la soglia di allarme, il sensore lo segnalerà... -

GENERAL IE 326S-2L sensor is part of a new detectors series range, IE326, suitable to be used within system mana- ged by CF series fire alarm conventional control panels (and other compatible). Detector operates via LEDs and a photodiode in a light proof chamber to detect smoke inside a room. -

WARNINGS To prevent detector contamination and subsequent warranty cancellation, do not remove the smoke detector plastic cover until the area is cleaned and dust free. DO NOT PAINT DETECTOR! NOT SUITABLE FOR INSTALLATION IN AREAS WHERE AIR SPEED EXCEEDS 300ft/min. IE 326S-2L detector is a reliable, high quality device, which needs periodic maintenance in order to operate properly and not cause false alarms. -

3-5 seconds. If LED fails to flash, it indicates the non-functioning of the detector or faulty wiring. Re-check the wiring or replace the detector if necessary. - Allow smoke from a cotton wick or a test smoke aerosol (IESS AEROSOL) to enter the detector-sensing chamber for at least 10 seconds. -
