HELPFUL HINTS • The Power Button is touch control, so press button gently. • It is recommended to use fresh, cold whole milk for best frothing results. Non-dairy milk does not froth as well as dairy milk and is not recommended for frothing. - Page 10 STORAGE • Before storage, always make sure the appliance is completely cool, clean and dry. • It is recommended to store the appliance in a dry place. • Never wrap the power cord around the appliance. • Store the appliance on a stable shelf or in a cupboard. To avoid accidents, ensure that both the appliance and its power cord are beyond reach of children or pets.

my frother is not working - when placed on the base - it flashes hot but will not allow me to activate it - I use it everyday - clean it after every use - only have had it since Aug 2024
