    ROOMMAP Instruction Manual Detailed installation instruction 4.1.3 Variant 1: Pedestal Step 1 Carefully place the base body (item 1) on a flat and stable surface. Make sure that the power switch is not pointing downwards. Step 2 Now position the pedestal (item 6) on the lower side (right hand side in picture) of the base body (item 1).

    ROOMMAP Instruction Manual Switching on the system  Plug the power cord into the power connector (2).  Switch on the main switch (4).  Press the operating switch (5) to switch on the device.  Set the required fan output on the rotary control (6).     ROOMMAP Instruction Manual System restart after malfunction  In the event of a malfunction or overheating, the device switches itself off and must be switched on again manually by pressing the operating switch (5). If the device is switched off repeatedly, the service technician or a qualified electrician must be informed.

    ROOMMAP Instruction Manual Maintenance Particle filter G4 The inserted G4 particle filter should be changed at regular intervals. Recommended cycle: 3 months. No later than after 2000 operating hours! Particle filter G2 The G2 particle filter under the grille should be changed at regular intervals. With G4 particle filter Recommended cycle: 12 months.
  • Page 22 ROOMMAP Instruction Manual When servicing the air purification device, we recommend wearing gloves and mouth and nose protection, especially when handling the filter mats. Hint Step 1 Lift the cover (1) off the magnets and put it aside. Step 2 (optional) Remove the G4 filter (2) if present and dispose of it according to the specifications.
  • Page 23 ROOMMAP Instruction Manual Step 3 Loosen the four marked screws (3) and remove the cover grille (4). Step 4 Remove the G2 filter (5) and dispose of the filter according to the instructions. Step 5 Carefully remove the cover plug (6) from the visual cover.
  • Page 24 ROOMMAP Instruction Manual Step 6 For a safe and easy replacement of the UV-C fluorescent tubes, place the device on a flat and stable surface. Make sure that the control dial is not damaged! Failure to comply with step 6 can cause the UV-C fluorescent tube to drop and break when put into the device.
  • Page 25 ROOMMAP Instruction Manual Step 9 Pull out the lamp holder (7) at the marked point until you meet with slight resistance. When pulling the lamp holder out of the device, make sure that the cable (step 8, plug 8) is not damaged by the metal sheets.
