If the HUMILABS OL12D-D031B power is on but it does not operate, possible issues include:

1. "Water Full" Indicator Flashes – The water tank may be full or not positioned correctly. Drain and reposition the tank properly.
2. Room Temperature Out of Operating Range – The appliance will not function if the ambient temperature is below 41℉ or above 95℉.
3. Self-Protection Mode – The unit may have shut down due to extreme temperatures (below 41℉ or above 95℉).
4. Clogged Air Filter – A dirty air filter can affect operation. Clean or replace the filter if needed.
5. Obstructed Air Intake or Discharge Duct – Check and remove any blockages from the intake or discharge ducts.

If none of these solutions resolve the issue, further troubleshooting or customer service assistance may be required.
