I have your pizza oven. I **** using propane. The bottom of my pizza does not get cooked well or crispy. How long should I preheat to get the stone hot enough to cook the bottom. It gets to a max 700 degrees. If I keep the oven on high when cooking the top burns and the bottom uncooked.
