Our new generation BMS Background Music/Message System is available with both Single Audio Channel and Dual Audio Channel output. Models BMS1, BMS2 and BMS3 are all Single Channel Systems. These models devices provide a Stereo Line Level Output, and play Encrypted MP3 files stored on a single SD-HC Flash Card.

SD-HC Flash Card using an SD flash card programmer. These Flash Card programmers can be built into your PC, or an external unit (available from Natcomm) that can connect to your PC via a USB port. Flash Card programmers are treated by the PC as a Removable Hard Drive device.

Once a file is Encrypted, it cannot be opened, altered or used in any device other than a Natcomm unit which is configured for Encryption. Similarly, our Encryption devices cannot play standard MP3 files or any file other than those encrypted with our program.

Setting BMS to Automatically TURN ON and TURN OFF If you require BMS to TURN ON and also to TURN OFF Music and Message Play Automatically, then you can do so by setting the Start Time and the Stop Times of your Music Folders. You can set All Music Folders to Start and Stop at the same times, or you can vary the Start and Stop times of each folder to suit Genre changes throughout the day.
REAL TIME CLOCK BMS incorporates a sophisticated internal clock circuit which is factory set to Australian Eastern Standard Time. If you will be using a device in a Different Time Zone, you MUST set the time of the device to the Current Time for the State that it will be used in, or timing errors will occur.
Page 13
UPDATING TIME AND DATE The internal clock of BMS may need to be updated from time to time, for time sensitive applications, or to correct for daylight savings, should this be necessary. This is easily achieved by inserting a blank SD or SD-HC Flash Card which is programmed with the correct time.
