Start the car and set the FM radio frequency to one without any signal. You should wear white noise or fuzz. - Page 4 Phone playback Bluetooth is required to connect your phone to the transmitter. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, then search for ‘BT23’ in the list of available devices to pair, then tap to pair the two devices together. You will now be able play files from the phone and receive playback on the transmitter.
