AIM CONTROL HANDLE The key component of your AIM Dent Puller is the Control Handle. In operating the machine you will weld the electrode to the dented metal and pull out the dent as described in the following instructions. You can also shrink bulges and dimples by using the shrink tool at the center of the Control Handle.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS ELECTRODES IMPORTANT NOTES: Always keep all foreign materials off the surface of the electrode while shrinking. KEEP ELECTRODES SHARP: Keep your electrodes sharpened to 1/8” diameter flat tip for optimum operation. You can easily grind it or file it to its original shape. KEEP ELECTRODES COOL: During heavy usage periodic cooling of electrodes may be required.
