  • Page 16 Leaves and leaf stalks of e.g. lettuce can also be processed in the juice extractor. Drink the juice immediately after you have extracted it. If it is exposed to air for some time, the juice will lose its taste and nu- tritional value.

    5.Snap the two lid locking clip onto the lid to lock it into place (‘click’) (1). Align the groove in the pusher with the small protru- sion on the inside of the feeding tube and slide the pusher into the feeding tube (2). Make sure the lid locking clip are locked into position on either side of the lid.

    Only use the appliance when both lid locking clip are locked. Only unlock the lid locking clip after you have switched off the appliance and the filter has stopped rotating. Do not operate the juicer for more than 40 seconds at a time when juicing heavy loads and let it cool down sufficiently after- wards.
  • Page 20 Do not use the appliance if the rotating sieve is damaged. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unat- tended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
