Thank you for purchasing the Kevo Vacuum former. Following is a quick start guide to get you forming new parts right away. Please note a video explaining these steps is available at CreationHardware.com/ video • Install the oven posts (3/8” bolts as shown here).

• Place the object to be molded onto the perforated surface of the vacuum former: • Place a plastic sheet (included with the kit) into the mold grip and tighten the down the wing-nuts - snug will work they don’t have to be too tight.

When the plastic is soft take it from the oven and place it over the object on the Kevo with the vacuum running. • The plastic will quickly form around your object (as shown here) and after several seconds the plastic will cool and can be removed from the mold grip.

Vacuum forming is bit of an art and may require a few tries to get the hang of it, but with a little practice you will be forming new parts in no time.
