Taking a picture or video

When you turn on the camera for the first time, it's in Smart Capture mode.
(After that, the camera "remembers" the last mode you used.)

Compose the picture.
Press the Shutter button halfway to focus and set exposure. Framing

marks indicate the camera focus area. (If the camera is not focusing
on the desired subject, release the Shutter button and recompose
the scene.)

Press the Shutter button completely down.
Take a video
1
Press and release the Record button.

To stop recording, press and release
it again.
