Page 3: Technical Background
The app works silently in the background, and is always there when you need it but never intrusive. It is important to ensure that all Solo users’ phones have Bluetooth 4.0 or greater and have at least Android 5.0 and that they have not blocked Caller ID on their phone, otherwise the system will not function. - Page 4 This should only need to be done when first setting up the system, after changing a battery, if you log out of the PanicGO Solo app, or if there is disruption between the app and the Bluetooth button and they disconnect.
