Il convertitore TS 5021 é progettato per fornire in uscita un segnale in tensione o corrente proporzionale con il valore del segnale normalizzato
applicato al suo ingresso.
E' possibile programmare i campi scala di ingresso ed uscita mediante interruttori DIP accessibili aprendo l' apposito sportello situato sul fianco del
dispositivo (vedasi sezioni "Tabella campi scala di ingresso" e "Tabella campi scala di uscita").
Le regolazioni dei valori di inizio e fondo scala vengono eseguite utilizzando i potenziometri di ZERO e SPAN presenti sul lato frontale del dispositivo.
L' isolamento a 1500 Vca tra ingresso, alimentazione ed uscita elimina tutti gli effetti dovuti ai loops di massa eventualmente presenti, consentendo l'
uso del dispositivo anche nelle più gravose condizioni ambientali.
All' ingresso è possibile collegare un trasmettitore di corrente, mentre in uscita è possibile connettere strumenti o carichi passivi in quanto è disponibile
una sorgente di alimentazione isolata (Aux supply) per la loro alimentazione.
Il TS 5021 è conforme alla direttiva 2004/108/CE sulla compatibilità elettromagnetica.
Esso è alloggiato in un contenitore plastico di 12,5 mm di spessore da binario DIN conforme agli standard EN-50022 ed EN-50035 .
The converter TS 5021 is designed to provide on its output a voltage or current signal proportional with the value of the normalised signal applied on its
input. The user can program the input and output ranges by the proper DIP-switches available after opening the suitable door located on the side of
device (see "Input ranges table" and "Output ranges table" sections).
The regulation of Zero and Span values is made by the ZERO and SPAN potentiometers located on the top of device.
The 1500 Vac isolation between input, power supply and output eliminates the effects of all ground loops eventually existing and allows the use of the
converter in heavy environmental conditions found in industrial applications.
The TS 5021 provides on the input side an auxiliary supply source to connect both active and passive current loops.
Moreover it provides on the output side an auxiliary supply source to connect both active and passive loads.
It has been made in compliance with the 2004/108/CE standard on the Electromagnetic Compatibility.
It is housed in a plastic enclosure of 12.5 mm thickness suitable for DIN rail mounting in according to EN-50022 and EN-50035 standards .
