Rack and Rotation Guide Upgrade Kit

Step 1. Remove punch pad by
removing two fasteners at front
corners. Save fasteners for reuse.
Step 4. To install new rack, place belt support
plate on top of rack, aligning fastener holes.
NOTE: If available, place a drop of low strength
threadlocker on the beginning thread of each
fastener prior to placing in hole.
Secure belt support plate to rack using four
new fasteners provided.
Step 6. Loosen, but don't remove, five
frame shoulder fasteners on one side
of punch.

Step 2. Remove belt support plate by
removing four fasteners on corners of
plate. Save fasteners for reuse.
Step 5. Lock crank handle in the up
position and lay punch on its back.
Step 7. Remove three bottom plate
mounting fasteners on each side of punch.

Tools Needed:

4mm Hex Key
3mm Hex Key (some models)
T20 Torx Wrench

Step 3. To remove rack, loosen and remove
four fasteners on belt support plate.
Discard fasteners.
Revision 1: has counterbored holes for rack
fasteners.
Revision 2: has countersunk holes for rack
fasteners.
Note: both styles of fasteners are included in
repair kit for replacement.
Step 8. Remove bottom plate assembly,
set aside.
