WARNING
This is a quick guide for installing a spare part. The Installation
and maintenance guide originally delivered with the product
(TKT67) contains important information, and must be read
before installing the spare part.
WARNING
The central battery unit and the battery housing can be opened
only by a qualified electrician.
There is a dangerous voltage level in the output circuits, and
inside the central battery unit. Chancing the main switch to 0
position will NOT make the central battery unit de-energized.
Device must be made de-energized before any maintenance or
repair work!

Installing the spare part W010007/8 (STK30D/B)

1. Switch the battery fuse OFF. Switch the main switch to 0, and
disconnect the Central Battery Unit from mains. The device is now
de-energized.
2. Locate the malfunctioning module. See the image on the next page
for further information.
3. Open the screws holding the original module, remove the module,
and replace it with the new module. Fasten the screws holding the
module in its place.
4. Connect the CBU to mains, switch the main switch ON, and switch
the battery fuse(s) ON.

Tuotekoodit: W010007/8 (alkuperäiset osat STK30D/B)
Tämä on pikaohje varaosan asentamiseen. Alkuperäisen
tuotteen (TKT67) mukana on toimitettu tärkeää tietoa sisältävä
tuotteen oma Käyttö- ja huolto-ohje, joka tulee lukea ennen
varaosan asentamista!
Turvavalokeskuksen saa avata vain sähköalan ammattitaitoinen
henkilö.
Lähtöryhmissä ja keskuksen sisällä on vaarallinen jännitetaso.
Pääkytkimen kääntäminen 0-asentoon EI tee keskusta
jännitteettömäksi. Ennen huoltoa, korjausta tai varaosan
vaihtamista tulee keskus tehdä jännitteettömäksi!
Varaosan W010007/8 (STK30D/B) asentaminen
1. Kytke keskuksen akkusulake pois päältä, OFF-asentoon.
Käännä keskuksen pääkytkin asentoon 0, ja irrota keskus
verkkosyötöstä. Keskus on nyt jännitteetön.
2. Paikanna viallinen moduuli. Lisätietoja löydät seuraavan sivun
kuvasta.
3. Avaa moduulin kiinnitysruuvit, vedä vanha moduuli pois ja korvaa se
varaosamoduulilla. Kiinnitä varaosamoduuli ruuveilla.
4. Kytke keskus takaisin verkkosyöttöön, kytke pääkytkin takaisin
asentoon ON, ja kytke akkusulake/sulakkeet takaisin päälle.
