No need to move probe at this time, the M4000MD is waiting until the sensors stabilize with the new TEMPERATURE and HUMIDITY readings (about 90 seconds) then “START AVERAGE" will flash Measure for one minute making sure to move the probe over the complete area of the grill (Refer to Step 5.5.7).
