- Page 6 MOUNTING TO OTC CHANNELS NOTE: Channels and Crossbars in this Overview are shown by Service Body size, and Crossbar preferences. MOUNTING TO CHANNELS Mounts must be installed directly under the the rear and mid crossbars Loosen all indicated Nuts to install the Crossbars.
- Page 7 REAR MOUNTING FOOT MID MOUNTING FOOT NUT BRACKETS NUT BRACKETS Install one M8 Nut Bracket in each rear Install two M8 Nut Brackets in each mid Mounting Foot channel as shown. Mounting Foot channel as shown. MID CROSSBAR BRACE INSTALLATION Install the mid Crossbar Braces as shown.
- Page 8 REAR/MID CROSSBAR–CHANNEL Install the mid Crossbar Brace Hardware into the top Nut Bracket as shown. Torque all Hardware to 90 in-lbs. BRACE INSTALLATION M8 x 20MM Lock Washer Flat Washer M8 x 20MM Lock Washer Keep Nut Bracket Flat Washer loose for installation into inner Channel sides Install Braces into the inside of the Channels as shown.
