Byer of Maine Pangean Glider Assembly Instructions

Important Note:

We are a Maine based company and deeply commited to supporting you with this assembly.

PLEASE give us a call if we can help in any way. As you assemble, be sure NOT to fully tighten the

fasteners until you have inserted the last of 14 screws. This provides flexibility and eases assembly.

Step 1

Set the two frame assemblies side

by side with rounded parts up. Assemble

TOP (Short) crossrail and install 4 screws

loosely tightened

install with wider

groove UP

Two Screws,

each end

Assemble lower narrow crossrail

and install 2 screws loosely tightened

Page 2 Step 3 Stand frame upright with legs on floor and pull open toward you as illustrated below: Step 4 Step 5 Assemble (long) slotted cross- Assemble tapered cross rail w/logo rail with wide side of groove facing up. Fasten facing up & loosely tighten 4 screws: with 4 screws.
