Ringer and Speaker Volume

Speaker Volume
While in a hands-free conversation
Press the [ ] or [ ] to adjust the volume
Handset/Headset Volume
While using the handset or headset
Press the [ ] or [ ] to adjust the volume
Ringer Volume
While on-hook or receiving a call
Press the [ ] or [ ] to adjust the volume
During a Conversation

Call Hold

[To hold]
1. Press [HOLD]
2. After the confirmation tone, go on-hook
[To retrieve a call at the holding extension]
1. Go off-hook
2. Press the flashing line button
[To retrieve an outside call from another
extension]
1. Go off-hook
2. Press the CO button

Call Transfer

[To an extension]
1. Press [TRANSFER]
2. After the confirmation tone, dial an
extension number
3. Talk
4. Hang up
[To an outside party]
1. Press [TRANSFER]
2. After the confirmation tone, press an
available CO button
3. Dial an outside phone number
4. Talk
5. Hang up

Check Missed Calls

Call Logs

1. Go off-hook
2. Press the [ ] to cycle through Incoming
and Outgoing call log
3. Press the [ ] or [ ] to scroll through

Making Calls

Calling
[To an Extension]
1. Press the intercom button
2. Dial an extension number
[To an Outside Party]
1. Pick up the handset
2. Select a line
3. Dial the outside party's phone number

Redial

1. Go off-hook
2. Press [REDIAL]

Conference Calling

1. Make the first call or if on an active call tell the
party to hold
2. Press [CONF]
3. Press 9 for an outside line plus the telephone
number
NOTE: If your calling someone internally, dial the
extension number
4. Wait for the person to answer
5. After they answer, press [CONF] again and you
are all connected

Personal Speed Dialing

[To store]
1. Press Intercom
2. Enter *30
3. Enter the personal speed dialing number
(2-digits)
4. Enter the 9 plus the phone number to store
5. Press #
6. After
[To dial]
1. Press Intercom
2. Press [AUTO DIAL/STORE]
3. Enter *
4. Enter the personal speed dialing number
