IMPORTANT! Draining the water trap manually will also depressurise the entire SR99. Before performing any maintenance on the SR99, switch off the air source, disconnect the supply hose, and depressurise the SR99 as shown. …remove the filter • Turn off the air supply or disconnect the incoming air.

• Drain the water trap manually. This will also depressurise the entire SR99 unit. • Turn the SR99 upside-down. • Remove the outer guard. Slide the black locking device down, and turn the outer guard anti-clockwise (bayonet fitting). Lift off.

• Reassemble all parts in reverse order. …clean the exterior of the SR99 Use a mild detergent and water and wipe the exterior of the filter with a soft cloth, sponge or brush. Warm water may give a better clean.
