Please make sure that the following parts for your lamp are
enclosed:
1.

Glass Shade
Your lamp comes with the bulb in place, only the glass shade
needs to be installed.
1. Unscrew the finished nuts and remove the decorative
reflector.
2. Remove one small white washer from each side of the lamp,
leaving one washer that will remain under the glass.
3. Place the glass shade over the stems, followed by a washer
on each side.
4. Replace the decorative reflector.
5. Secure the reflector to the lamp with the finished nuts.
Tighten hand-tight.
Major lamp parts manufactured in Germany by Asmuth Leuchten GmbH. Bulbs manufactured in Germany by Osram GmbH. Final assembly by Holtkötter International, Inc. in South St. Paul, MN.

Push the glass-shield holder and the glass shield as far as possible to the side. Push the ceramic socket in the direction of the arrow and remove the old bulb (Diagram II).
