    3 – C ONFIGURAZIONI DI NSTALLAZIONE Orientamenti possibili Le unità hanno sviluppo esclusivamente orizzontale, con aspirazione e mandata in linea; eventuali deviazioni a 90° del flusso d’aria premente/aspirante possono essere eseguite con plenum dedicati. 4 – T RASPORTO Imballaggio Ogni unità è caricata su bancale ed avvolta con cellofan protettivo; questo imballo devo rimanere integro fino al momento del montaggio.

  • Page 7 Connessione meccanica delle sezioni accessorie integrative Ogni sezione accessoria è già corredata di piastre di supporto antivibranti premontate, analoghe a quelle installate sulla unità base. Disporre le sezioni e l’unità base secondo la corretta sequenza dei trattamenti che l’aria dovrà subire ed accostarle frontalmente una accanto all’altra, rispettando la direzione del flusso d’aria.

    3 – I NSTALLATION ONFIGURATIONS Possible positioning The horizontal configuration only is possible for these units; possible airflow deviations to 90° can be by special inlet or outlet plenum. 4 – T RANSPORTATION Packaging Each unit is put on bench and protected with cellophane film; the protection must remain intact until the moment of installation. The materials that are not mounted for technical motives are supplied in fitted packing fixed externally or internally to the unit.

Lay sections and basic unit according to the right sequence of air treatments and to the right airflow direction. As best as possible, depending on how many sections and their weights, connect first the premounted sections as described above and then fix these parts to the supports (see previous “Machine positioning”).

    5 – I NSTALLATION ET ISE EN ERVICE Définitions CLIENT – Le Client est la personne, l'organisme ou la société, qui a acheté ou loué la machine et qui entend l’utiliser pour les buts conçus. UTILISATEUR / OPÉRATEUR – L’utilisateur ou opérateur est la personne physique qui a été autorisée par le Cliente à opérer avec la machine.
  • Page 25 • Positionnement de la machine Les unités sont équipées de plaques de support antivibratoires. On indique dans la figure 4, ci-dessous quelques séquences de montage: Exécuter le perçage au plafond et fixer les quatre tirants filetés M8 (1). Placer l’unité sur les quatre tirants en utilisant les pattes de fixation (6) prévues à cet effet. Insérer le antivibratorie (2), la rosetta (3) et visser les boulons (4) et les contre-boulons (5) Incliner la machine d’au moins 3 mm vers l’évacuation de la condensation pour favoriser son écoulement régulier.

  • Page 43 Mechanischer Anschluss der ergänzenden Zubehörsektionen Jede Zubehörsektion ist bereits mit vormontierten, vibrationshemmenden Trägerplatten versehen, analog zu denen der Grundeinheit. Die Sektionen und die Grundeinheit in der Reihenfolge anordnen, die die Luft für die Behandlung durchlaufen muss, und beide frontal nebeneinander stellen, dabei den Luftstrom berücksichtigen.
