The gas usage and information is listed below. • The gas pressure regulator presets at 3.5 inches of water column pressure , (.87 KPa) at the gas manifold.
  • Page 14 Assembly Instructions (for Qualified Service Person) The Beta Max comes put together for the most part, except for the oven hood and conveyor. To complete the assembly, 1. Seat the oven hood on top of the oven over the flange. 2.
  • Page 15 Ventilation (for Qualified Service Person) A well-designed ventilation scheme will allow the oven in the Beta Max to release unwanted vapors with ease. Because the Beta Max uses the air in the room while it operates, and the direct vent cannot restock the air supply, make sure about 30 CFM is available for use.

    Oven Control Panel 1. The MASTER POWER SWITCH is a red mushroom-head button. This switch shuts off power to the oven sections in an emergency and for servicing. 2. The AUXILIARY SHUT OFF is a red mushroom- head button that powers the oven.

    Changing Temperature On the Temperature Controller: Press FUNC key. The letters SP appear in lower display window. Press Up or Down change temperature. Press FUNC key twice and wait until the new numbers show. You have set a new temperature. Allow the machine to heat for few minutes before making tortillas.

Grease keeps the parts in the Wedge Press moving smoothly and reduces the causes of premature wear. When parts wear down, they need to be replaced in order for the machine to operate in top condition or at all.
