The Cyclops is rated IP66, which offers complete dust protection and limited water resistance including salt water. It is always recommend to install the cyclops in a position that allows water to drain out of the grill. Face the electrical cables pointing down. -

WIRING The Cyclops is supplied with a short length of cable designed to be soldered onto for long lasting performance in harsh outdoor environ- ments. It is recommended to properly cover the soldered joint with glued heatshrink to keep moisture out of the joint. -
