ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Item No: PA12300
Tools Included: Hex Key
No assembly is required for this lamp.
Bulb Replacement Instructions:
1. Unplug the lamp.
2. Gently use the hex key (A) to remove the screws (B)
from the mirror.
3. Carefully remove the front (C) from the body of the lamp.
4. Remove the old bulb from the socket (E), and insert the
new bulb (D).
5. Replace the front (C) and tighten the screws (B) to secure
the mirror in place.
Recommended (1) maximum 7 WATT, Type "C" Bulb
(Bulb included)
Cleaning of your lamp.
Unplug lamp, wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasives
