INSTALLATION Before installing your appliance, read all safety instructions in this manual, especially the sections on electrical safety and installation. UNPACKING • When unpacking the appliance, be sure to keep all the packaging materials until you have made sure your new appliance is undamaged and in good working order. -

OPERATION USING YOUR HAND MIXER Before the first use, clean the HAND MIXER. Assemble proper wire beaters or dough hooks into mixer. NOTE: Wire beaters can be inserted in either socket, as the wire beaters are identical. For dough hooks, the one with washer can only be inserted into the bigger socket and the other one can only be inserted into smaller one. -

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE Unplug the appliance and wait it completely cool down before clean. Wipe over the outside surface of the head with a damp cloth and polish with a soft dry cloth. Wipe any excess food particles from the power cord. Wash the wire beaters and dough hooks in warm soapy water and wipe them with a dry cloth.
