INITIAL PREPARATION - The Vacuum Pump is shipped without oil in the oil reservoir. Remove the exhaust cap and add oil until it is seen at the maximum fill point on the oil sight glass. Re-secure cap. - Connect the vacuum pump to the proper power supply. - With all caps in place, turn on the vacuum pump. -

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE It is recommended to change the vacuum pump oil after 20 hours of usage or if the oil becomes discolored (yellowish color). The purity of the oil affects the final vacuum level. Contaminated vacuum pump oil will prevent the vacuum pump from reaching its designed ultimate vacuum level. The oil provided with the pump has been specially blended to maintain viscosity from 32F to 120F. -

MANTENIMIENTO DE RUTINA Se recomienda cambiar el aceite de la bomba de vacío después de 20 horas de uso o si el aceite se decolora (color amarillento). La pureza del aceite afecta el nivel final de vacío. El aceite contaminado de la bomba de vacío evitará que la bomba de vacío alcance su nivel de vacío final diseñado.
