MANUALE D’USO E MANUTENZIONE Il presente documento deve accompagnare sempre il prodotto ed essere esibito in caso di controllo da parte degli organismi preposti. ATTESTAZIONE DI CONFORMITA’ S.T.P. Page 3: Prima Dell'utilizzo
PRIMA DELL’UTILIZZO A- Assicurarsi di essere sufficientemente in grado di utilizzare la scala. Alcune condizioni mediche, l’uso di medicine e l’abuso di alcool o droghe possono rendere insicuro l’uso della scala. B- Quando si trasportano le scale sul portapacchi o su camion assicurarsi che siano posizionate correttamente al fine di evitare danni. - Page 4 C- Non superare la portata massima della scala (150 KG). D- Non elevarsi oltre l’altezza consentita. L’utente deve mantenere il proprio bacino entro il termine dei montanti durante lo svolgimento del lavoro. Entrambi i piedi devono essere posizionati sul medesimo gradino.
- Page 5 Sulla cerniera è posta un’etichetta, che indica il corretto posizionamento per ogni utilizzo. Le posizioni possibili sono: scala a libro e scala aperta. Vi sono inoltre due sezioni esterne, vincolabili alla sezione interna per mezzo di appositi tiranti, che consentono lo sviluppo della scala in altezza.
- Page 6 MANUTENZIONE, RIPARAZIONE E IMMAGAZZINAMENTO L’uso professionale richiede regolari ispezioni ad ogni utilizzo. Verificare ad ogni utilizzo il corretto funzionamento di ogni parte della scala. Riporre la scala lontano da fonti di calore elevate o a temperature troppo basse. Proteggerla da polvere ed intemperie. Mantenere pulite le scale utilizzando detergenti non corrosivi.

USING THE LADDER A- This ladder can be used as standing ladder or as a leaning ladder; B- Place the ladder at the exact point where it must operate. The operator has to climb and work with the body in a central position of the steps, always with safety grabbing the sides;... - Page 10 Notes: the ladder has a fixed inner section, on which is installed a hinge that allows you to open or close the same ladder. VOR DEM GEBRAUCH A- Versichern Sie sich in der Lage zu sein die Leiter zu benutzen. Bestimmte gesundheitliche Gegebenheiten, Medikamenteneinnahme, Alkohol- oder Drogenmissbrauch können bei der Benutzung der Leiter zu einer Gefährdung der Sicherheit führen. B- Beim Transport von Leitern auf Dachträgern oder in einem Lastkraftwagen zur Verhinderung von Schäden sicherstellen, dass sie auf angemessene Weise befestigt oder angebracht sind. - Page 14 7 Die Leiter darf nicht auf rutschige Flächen gestellt werden (z. B. Eis, blanke Flächen oder deutlich verunreinigte feste Flächen), sofern nicht durch zusätzliche Maßnahmen verhindert wird, dass die Leiter rutscht oder dass die verunreinigten Stellen ausreichend sauber sind. BENUTZUNG DER LEITER A- Die Leiter kann entweder als Stehleiter oder Anlegeleiter verwendet werden.
- Page 15 P- Die Leiter nicht als Überbrückung benutzen. Q- Beim Aufsteigen auf die Leiter geeignete Schuhe tragen. R- Übermäßige seitliche Belastungen vermeiden, z. B. beim Bohren in Mauerwerk und Beton. S- Nicht zu lange ohne regelmäßige Unterbrechungen auf der Leiter bleiben (Müdigkeit ist eine Gefahr) T- Anlegeleitern für den Zugang zu einer höheren Ebene sollten mindestens 1 m über den Anlegepunkt hinausragen.
- Page 16 Aus diesem Grund muss die Sprosse des Innenteiles auf der gleichen Höhe (Sprosse) des Außenteiles sein (ausgeschlossen die Leiter des TYPS D, wo die Übereinanderlegung von 2 Sprossen beträgt). Schließen Sie die Stangen zuvor geöffnet, die Pflege, um sie in dem entsprechenden Schritt zu platzieren.
