The Linkstyle Smart Air Pump may not charge when plugged into USB or a 110V outlet due to the following reasons:
1. Incorrect Adapter – The pump requires a 5V / 2A adapter. A lower-power adapter may not provide enough current. 2. Faulty USB-C Cable – The included USB-C charging cable may be damaged or not properly connected. Try using another compatible cable. 3. Bad Power Source – The USB power source or 110V adapter may not be functioning correctly. Test with a different power source or outlet. 4. Battery Issue – If the pump’s battery is completely drained or faulty, it may not charge properly. 5. Connection Issue – Ensure the USB-C connector is fully inserted into the pump’s charging port.
If none of these resolve the issue, the pump may have a hardware defect.
