PULSE SENSOR

TURNING ON/OFF WATCH

Watch comes powered off to save battery. To turn on watch, press and hold all four of the buttons for about 10 seconds.

FEATURE DETAILS

  • Main Screen Format: Hour, Minute, Second, 12/24 Hour Format; Exercise Time; Number of Steps.
  • Alarms: hourly chime and/or 2 custom times.
  • Chronograph (stopwatch) measures down to 1/100 of a second. Ranges from 0 to 99'59"99, with SPL (split time) function.
  • Countdown function up to 23 hours, 59 minutes.
  • Pedometer mode:
  • Smart Step for 7 seconds.
  • Three different display options:
    1. Number of steps and current time.
    2. Number of steps during exercise time.
    3. kcals burned and kilometers/miles walked.
  • Automatic memory storage for last 30 days of steps.
  • Heart Rate mode to easily take pulse measurements.
  • 4 second backlight.
  • 3 atm Water Resistance.

SELECTION TIPS

  • Press MODE button to switch between main modes.
  • Press UP button to switch between the sub-modes.
  1. TIME/DATE SETTING
    1. While in Step Time Mode, press DOWN once to switch to Date Mode.
    2. From the Date Mode screen, press and hold MODE button for 2 seconds to enter Time/Date setting mode.
    3. Press MODE to switch between time and date setting items. Use UP and DOWN buttons to edit each individual setting item. After making selections, press and hold MODE button for 2 seconds to save and exit setting mode. Order: 12/24 Hour Format -> Hour -> Minute -> Second -> MonthDay or Day-Month Format -> Year -> Month -> Day -> SIG (hourly chime on/off)
      NOTE: Weekday will automatically adjust according to the date entered.
      NOTE: After 30 seconds without button operation, watch will automatically exit Time/Date setting mode and return to the normal Step Time mode.
  2. ALARM
    1. While in Step Time Mode, press MODE to enter alarm mode. AL1 will display.
    2. Hold down MODE for about two seconds to enter the alarm setting mode.
    3. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to adjust the time. Hold down either button for 2 seconds to rapidly adjust the values.
    4. Press MODE to switch the settings. Hold down MODE for about 3 seconds to save the alarm settings.
      NOTE: Screen will automatically save the new alarm and exit the alarm setting mode after 30 seconds without key operation. You'll need to press and hold MODE again to return to alarm setting mode. The watch will never automatically return to Step Time mode (main screen) from alarm mode.
    5. From Alarm On item setting, press DOWN to turn off/on, or press UP to move to AL2. Use the same instructions to set the second alarm.
    6. Press DOWN while on AL1 or AL2 of alarm display mode to turn on/off the alarm quickly.
    7. Press UP to move between screens. Order: AL1 -> AL2 -> STW -> TMR
      NOTE: When an alarm is on, the alarm icon will appear in the middle of the watch screen in all modes.
  3. STOPWATCH
    1. From Step Time Mode, press MODE 1 time to enter Alarm Mode, then press UP 2 times to get to the Stopwatch mode. Initial time is 00'00"00.
    2. Press DOWN to start the stopwatch timer.
    3. While the stopwatch timer is running, press EL to display the SPL (split time) function. The stopwatch will keep running while the split time is displayed. Press EL again to return to the stopwatch screen.
    4. Press DOWN to stop/pause the stopwatch timer. While the stopwatch is stopped, press EL to reset time to 00'00"00.
      NOTE: Stopwatch timer will remain running while the watch is on any mode until you stop it or it reaches the maximum time (99'59'99).
  4. COUNTDOWN TIMER
    1. From Set Time Mode, press MODE 1 time to enter Alarm Mode, then press UP 3 times to get to the countdown timer. "TR" will show at the top of the screen. Initial time is 00:00.00.
    2. Hold the MODE button down for 3 seconds to set the countdown timer.
    3. Use UP and DOWN buttons to adjust the time. Hold down for about 3 seconds to rapidly adjust the values.
    4. Press MODE to switch between settings items: hour->minute (cannot set seconds). Hold down MODE for about 3 seconds to save timer settings.
      NOTE: Under the countdown setting mode, the watch will automatically exit and return to normal countdown timer mode — you'll need to press and hold MODE again to return to countdown setting mode. The watch will never automatically return to time display mode from countdown mode.
    5. Press DOWN button to start or pause the countdown.
      NOTE: When the countdown timer is on, the countdown icon (clock) will blink on the screen in all modes.
    6. When the countdown is paused, press EL to return the countdown timer to the set time.
    7. When the timer reaches 00:00.00, an alarm will sound. Press any key to turn off the alarm, otherwise it will turn off automatically after one minute of beeping.
  5. PEDOMETER
    1. From Step Time Mode, hold down UP button for about 3 seconds to turn on/off the Pedometer feature. When feature is turned on, an icon of a person running will display on the bottom right of the screen.
    2. From any Step Time mode interface, press and hold MODE button for 2 seconds to enter user information setup.
    3. Press MODE to switch between setting items. Use UP and DOWN buttons to edit each individual setting item. After making selections, press and hold MODE button for 2 seconds to save and exit setting mode. Order: KG/LB -> # of KG/LB -> # of CM/INCH between each step -> Daily Step Goal.
      NOTE: Max step number is 999999 steps. Max exercise time is 23:59.59. Max calories/distance is 99999.9 kcal/9999.99 KM or 9999.99 miles.
      NOTE: After 30 seconds without any key operation in user setting mode, screen will automatically exit the setting mode.
  6. STEP MEMORY STORAGE MODE
    1. From Step Time mode, press MODE button twice to get to Step Memory Storage mode.
      NOTE: If there is memory stored, the screen will have previous date at the bottom and will automatically switch between showing steps, calories, distance, and exercise time. If the memory is empty, the screen will have "MEM" at the top and "00" at the bottom.
    2. If there is memory stored, use UP and DOWN to switch between dates. The bottom of screen will automatically cycle through steps, calories, distance, and exercise time in 1 second increments for each date.
    3. To erase all of this saved exercise information, make sure you are in Step Memory Storage mode, then hold the EL button for about 2 seconds. All memory will automatically be erased and screen will read "MEM" at the top and "00" at the bottom.
  7. HEART RATE MODE
    1. From any mode and with the watch on the wrist, use both fingers to press down on the metal pulse sensors (one finger per sensor) at the top and bottom of the watch face. Cover the sensors as much as possible, and exert pressure evenly.
    2. The screen should display "PULSE". The heart icon will flash when a heartbeat is detected — keep fingers firmly pressed to the sensors.
    3. The heart rate value will display and update in real time as your fingers remain pressed to the sensors.
      NOTE: Under cold or dry weather, rub fingers before measuring pulse.
      NOTE: In Heart Rate mode, if no heart rate is detected for 10 seconds, the watch will return to the previous screen automatically. For best results, ensure the watch is secured to the wrist for at least five minutes to allow for the sensors to adjust to body surface temperature.

      This device is not meant to be used for medical purposes. Consult your doctor, if needed. Avoid using this device in strong static, sonic, or electric affected environments.
  8. BATTERY REPLACEMENT
    1. When the readout becomes dim or the heart beat counting does not work, replace the battery with a CR2032 or equivalent type.
