Page 4 Funktion Funktion Der USB-CPU erlaubt den Anschluss einer PS/2-Tastatur und einer PS/2-Maus an PCs oder andere G&D Geräte, welche nicht mit PS/2-Schnittstellen, aber mit USB-Ports ausgestattet ist. Um den Anschluss der PS/2-Geräte in einem solchen Fall zu erreichen, werden diese an den USB-CPU angeschlossen.

In order to achieve this, the PS/2 keyboard and the PS/2 mouse will be connected with the USB-CPU which converts the interfaces to USB type B. By the use of an USB cable, the USB-CPU and the attached PS/2 devices can be connected to an USB type A interface of a PC or a G&D device.
