    Safety Instructions Before using the scooter, please completely read and understand this User Manual. For your and others' safety, please abide by road traffic laws when using the scooter. Please do not privately modify the scooter. Otherwise, you may damage the scooter and the vehicle cannot obtain quality guarantee services.

    . Your Scooter Instrument panel Instrument panel includes: Key switch, throttle control, horn button, speed regulation knob and indicator of battery power, seen in Figure 1. Please Attention! The console of the tiller cannot be exposed to the humid environment. If it is exposed to the humid environment accidentally, please do not operate the scooter before the tiller Console is utterly dry.

    3. Adjustment of Comfort Adjustment of the tiller angle (refer to Figure 7) Attention: In order to fully turn down the tiller, you must dismantle the chair and the battery pack. Straightly pull the chair upwards, so as to make it separate from the travel scooter.
  • Page 12 Use the attached ring to pull and dismantle the location pin. Slide the handrail inward or outward to the ideal width. Target at the regulation hole of the seat frame and handrail, and re-insert it into the location pin. Tighten the adjustment knob. Attention: Rotate the handrail upwards to help you get on or off the car.

    4. Use of Battery 1. The scooter has two maintenance-free tight 12-V deep-cycle battery with a long life. 2. Please charge the battery with the off-board charging system provided by us. In order to ensure to recharge the scooter battery in the safest and the most effective way, please use the original charger provided along with the product.

    6. Installation and Disassembly Disassemble The following parts of the travel scooter can be disassembled: Seat, rear, car basket, battery pack and battery cover plate. See Figure 12. Install or disassemble the travel scooter does not need any tool. Please install or disassemble the travel scooter in a flat and dry surface with enough work space and walking space---each side length is about 5 feet (1.5m).

    8. Overhaul and Upkeep Your travel scooter requires only minimal maintenance, and you can request the authorized supplier to help arrange inspection and maintenance. The following parts require regular inspection and maintenance. Tire Check the tires of your travel scooter regularly for signs of damage or wear. Replacement of tire Your travel scooter is equipped with solid tires.

Motor brush The motor brush is placed in the motor/transaxle assembly. Your authorized supplier should periodically check the motor brushes for wear. Console, charger and rear electronic device These parts must be protected from moisture.
  • Page 34 Warning! The battery temperature must be higher than the freezing point temperature, and it is not allowed to charge the frozen battery. Charging a frozen battery may cause damage. When your travel scooter will be stored for a long time, you can put several boards under the frame to avoid direct contact with the ground.
