Theory of Operation The patented HS-18 acoustic hailing device projects focused audio energy at very high sound pressure levels with high intelligibility and clarity.

    Perform this task daily and after inclement weather. In Port: Remove and wipe down the HS-18 RAHD and all accessories with a lint-free cloth soaked in clean water. Ensure all connector covers are in place. Cover the HS-18 with a Maritime cover or store it in a dry place.

The installation interface cables include the 100-240VAC power input and the cat 5 network cable. Refer to Figure 5.2-1below and wire labeling if interconnecting cable assemblies become disconnected.

Controller Application Window The AHDFULL controller application is designed to be the method of controlling and communicating with the RAHD system as a standalone application. All system functionality is done through this application.

The start/stop sliders adjust their relative instantaneous start and stop speed. The accel/decel sliders adjust the relative length of time at which acceleration and deceleration occurs.
