Note Forbid spray strong corrosive chemicals, such as peroxyacetic acid, if spray occasionally, use clean water clean chemicals tank, then, start up machine spray clean water for clean inside chemicals pipeline. Page 4 7. When working in closed place, Operator should wear breathing mask. Do not leave the unit working alone unattended. Please note the maximum spraying quantity, do not excess the limit. For indoor operation: If the concentrations of some special carriers which have been dispersed as aerosols exceed certain amounts, could incur fire, so the dosage of these combustible materials if used as fogging formulations should not exceed the following maximum concentrations limit per 1,000.00 CBM.

Remove battery cover and insert 4 pcs 1.5V alkaline battery into battery tube under machine pedestal, fix back battery cover.
Page 7 3. Fill fuel tank Remove fuel tank lid, use funnel to fill gasoline, then tighten fuel tank lid firmly. Note: The filling volume shall better reach 1-2cm position of fuel tank neck. Note: When unscrew or fix back fuel tank lid, do it lightly, do not tight fuel tank lid too tightly, do not break the black rubber O-Ring inside fuel tank lid.

Adjust Knob 1. Rotate Adjust Knob to anti-clockwise direction for increase power, Rotate to clockwise direction for decrease power. 2. If feel not work strong, could increase power, do not rotate more than 3 scales. 3. Judge Adjust Knob Locate at “Strong” or “Weak” site. Start Spray Fog Turn solution tap handle points to "ON". Notice: 1. Keep machine warm up for 1 minute and keep solution tap in “ON” position. 2. While spray fog, walk against wind direction, spraying to wind direction. 3. Make sure fogging tube keep 2 meters away from spraying targets. Stop Spray Fog Firstly, turn solution tap handle points to “Clean Solution".

Start up skill Actuate air pump slowly, evenly, and gently, please do not actuate fast and strongly; When start up hot machine, please actuate more slowly, lightly; "Drowning": When start up hot machine, if actuate fast, strongly, it will press too much pressure into fuel tank, the pressure will press too much gasoline into carburetor, so the carburetor will be flooded, in this case, it will difficult start up.

Trouble Shooting 1. Could not start up, check below, 1.1 Check igniter, Take out ignition high voltage cap, put on carburettor. Press down igniter button, If hear buzzing sound clearly, sound like “Ta, Ta, Ta…”, means ignition system is ok; If could not heard ignition sounds, check whether battery have enough power, whether igniter button is broken? 1.2 Check whether air intake valve stained, Disassemble air intake valve, clean diaphragm, spacer plates, diaphragm must clean,...
Page 13 1.3 Clean swirl pole, Unscrew swirl pole, make sure the two needles be clean, sharp, symmetrical, if stained, use copper brush to clean deposited carbon, check below, 1.4 Check whether one-way diaphragm is properly placed? Illustration A is in gear, the one-way diaphragm is properly placed; But the Illustration B is not in gear, need fix back appropriately, if the diaphragm is broken, change new diaphragm.
Page 14 Please note: Check photo below, when fix back the one-way valve, please screw it only a little bit tight will be ok, please do not screw it too tightly, if too tightly, the air could not get through, so the machine could not start up, 1.5 Check whether air-pump rubber is broken, if it is broken, please change and fix back appropriately, 1.5 Check whether the rubber O-Ring is lost,...
Page 15 1.7 After check all the above parts is ok, if still could not start up, check below, Take out ignition high voltage cap, unscrew the 2 screws, take out swirl pole, Put finger into the hole where swirl pole have been taken out. Keep put finger into the hole, use left hand to pump air pump, then use finger to feel whether if there have gasoline spray out, if do not have, rotate Adjust Knob of carburetor to increase power a little bit until finger could feel there have gasoline spray out.
Page 16 2.2 If the screw is not jammed, check below, Illustration A is in gear, the one-way diaphragm is properly placed; But the Illustration B is not in gear, the one-way diaphragm is not properly placed, need correct the position of one-way diaphragm.

2.4 Check chemicals tank filter, if it is jammed, clean and fix back appropriately. 2.5 If the above parts is ok, check below, Check whether the nozzle is jammed, if it is jammed, clean and fix back appropriately. Note: When the machine is hot, do not change or unscrew the nozzle, or please unscrew the nozzle lightly, do not break the nozzle.
