Congratulations on the purchase of your new Master Tool Nylon Hot Cutter. Made in the USA by Weaver
Leather, this machine easily and effortlessly cuts or punches nylon, polyester and polypropylene. The base
unit comes with a catch tray and a self-centering guide. Cutting blade heating block, 5-hole tube punch
heating block, round tubes, poly lead heat sealer attachment and Teflon
so you can customize the machine to meet your needs. This machine gives you miter capability with a
holder that can be adjusted at any angle to align the cutter blade. An electrical coupler on the variable
heat control allows you to quickly and easily plug the attachments in and out. Your work area will stay
neat and clean with a catch tray that catches the slugs.
The Master Tool Nylon Hot Cutter features holes and mounting hardware for easy attachment to your solid
wood workbench. Do not operate this machine until you have read this instruction sheet in its
entirety and the machine is securely bolted in place to a solid wood workbench. This machine is
designed for cutting and punching nylon, polyester and polypropylene and heat-sealing poly rope.
Use for any other purpose is prohibited and voids the warranty.
