Remove protective plastic and safety tab on watch crown
S E T T I N G T H E T I M E
(1) Pull the crown out to the 2nd position and turn it to set the hour and minute hands
(2) Push the crown back to the normal position to start the watch
S E T T I N G T H E D A T E
(1) Ensure that time is set between 2:00 et 20:00, otherwise the date may not change correctly
once the watch starts running. Tip : turn the watch hands past 12 and check if the date
changes to verify that time is AM (8:00) or PM (20:00).
(2) Pull the crown out to the 1st position and turn it counter-clockwise to set the date.
(3) Push the crown back to the normal position to start the watch.

Each of the straps has a quick-release spring bar which you can pull using the quick- release lever, allowing you to easily take the strap on and off in a few seconds.
