Step 2‐ Run (1/4”x20 shoulder bolts) bolts from front to back and go ahead an start your lock nuts to the back side as shown. You can tighten the bolt and nut combo. Step 4‐ Attach the top assembly to the top of the base that you previously built. Run the bolts through the top of the upright plate. Go ahead and put the lock nuts on the bottom side as show. It may be necessary to adjust the tubes for everything to line up. Tighten all bolts. This is what you should have at this step. ...
