Important Safety Information Prior to assembly, remove components from the box and verify that all the listed parts were supplied. NOTE Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled. CAUTION Read all precautions and instructions in this manual before using this equipment. WARNING! - Page 5 Assembly NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled. STEP 1 Attach Rubber Pads (15) to underside of Base Frame (10). Attach Uprights (1,2,3,4) to Base Frame (10) using: 8 x (21) Bolt M12x75 16 x (24) Washer M12 8 x (23) Nylon Lock Nut M12 Note: Numbers on Uprights should face inward toward center of unit.
- Page 6 Assembly NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled. STEP 2 Assemble Slide Holders (6,7,8,9) onto uprights as shown above. Do not move on to STEP 3 before the Slide Holders are attached correctly.
