1 應用範圍 勝祥集中潤滑給油裝置乃爲滾珠軸承、滑動軸承、平面滑軌、圓形滑軌、線性滑 軌、凸輪、齒輪、鏈條…等機構而設計的。 勝祥集中潤滑給油裝置適用於各式機械的潤滑，例如車床、銑床、衝床、研磨機， 等等。它可以對不同機器的各個潤滑點同時作潤滑。 YET-T 機型適用 30 ~ 750 cSt 的潤滑油；限用新油。 YET-T1 的最大出油量爲每分鐘 200 ml；YET-T2 的最大出油量爲每分鐘 150ml。 YET-T1 操作壓力設定為 7 kgf/cm ，YET-T2 的操作壓力設定為 15 kgf/cm （特殊 型除外）。爲保護週邊設備，設有釋壓閥來固定潤滑時的油壓。YET-T2 可以使用容 積式分配器，配合脫壓裝置，在間歇時間內舒解油管內的油壓。 重視安全及彈性選擇爲 YET 系列最大的特色。在安全措施方面，可以選擇安裝壓 力檢知開關偵測管路是否有破損或洩漏。液位開關在油料不足時能藉由接線回路使機 器停止運作；亦可將潤滑機和外部電腦或應用系統聯機以加強警報功能。 注意：潤滑與間歇時間設定時，最長潤滑時間≤2min，最短間歇時間≥3min 2 基礎操作 2-1 安全措施... - Page 4 電子箱頂蓋 齒泵 電纜固定頭 釋壓閥 YET-T 控制面版 脫壓機構（ T2 專用） 丸蓋 直角接頭 上蓋 壓力錶 加油口濾網 電子箱外殼 油箱 強制鍵 液位開關 電源指示燈 (圖一)

2-4 安裝 2-4.1 安裝注油機 安裝時 (見圖二) 用兩支螺絲(1)將上蓋(2)的 固定孔鎖在機器上的螺孔(3)，機器上兩孔相距 （2L 爲 172~180mm，3L 爲 190~205 mm，4L 爲 230~250 mm）。裝設高度應高於地面 0.6 ~ 1.7 公 尺。 2-4.2 加入油料 (圖二) 取下丸蓋並注入乾淨未使用過的潤滑油到油箱 內 (見圖三)，直到標示線 HIGH 的高度，然後蓋上 丸蓋，只能使用黏度介於 30 ~ 750cSt 的潤滑油。 注意 ! 若使用油料的黏度高於 750cSt 注油機可能 會燒毀。... - Page 7 (圖五) (圖六) (圖七) 首先連接地線(1)，鬆開接地符號的螺絲，將地線接上並旋緊。異常接點可用來連 接液位開關或壓力開關(選配件)等警報裝置。液位開關和壓力開關是可由使用者擇一 安裝的。液位開關的功能是當油面高度接近最低油位時發出一個警報訊號給外部控制 系統以使機械停止運轉、警鈴出聲或是其他的控制。壓力開關是開機時偵測出油的壓 力是否建立到達設定值。若是油管破裂、洩漏、或泵浦、馬達等出現異常狀況導致出 油壓力不足時。壓力開關在設定時間內會將異常訊號輸出，讓控制器檢測異常狀況， 以避免更嚴重的損失。請確定您機台使用的警報裝置及接線並將之連接到標示異常接 點的地方。 接線圖(圖八)將電源線連接至工作主機或外部控制系統的控制回路。如此便可以 利用外部的工作主機或應用控制系統來控制本注油機的操作。 完成後將配線盒蓋上，並將電纜固定頭旋緊(圖九)以免電線被拉出配線盒造成斷路。 將電源接上，若接線正確，YET-T 在控制台上的電源指示燈會亮起，同時潤滑機均開 始運轉。 (圖八) (圖九)

3 使用 3-1 操作說明 YET-T 潤滑機爲以間歇方式供油，以外部控制方式運作。接通電源後, YET-T 電源指示燈會亮,第一次安裝完成時請檢查指示燈的作用是否正確。當電源接 2、3 兩點（見圖八），接通電源時不打油，若需潤滑供油，可按住控制台上 的強制鍵，或外接 PLC 系統（第 4 點）來控制潤滑。當電源接 2、4 兩點（見 圖八），接通電源，機台即開始打油，此時強制鍵無作用。 注意每次拆裝前一定要將電源線拔掉，而關掉電源後至少須經二十秒才可再 重新開電。 本機台連接油管的接頭爲特殊接頭，切勿私自更換以免影響正常操作。 抵抗式注油機的出口接頭應搭配具止逆效果的單向直角接頭。 3-2 補充油料 油的高度必須大約介於油箱 HIGH 到 LOW 刻度之間。如果油的高度比液位 開關位置還低，潤滑機會送出一個警報信號（須連接外部檢測系統檢知）。此時 請加入新油 (見圖三)﹐將油箱蓋打開並倒入新油。 注意! 切勿使用已用過的潤滑油。 4 保養 裕祥集中潤滑給油裝置的保養十分容易，爲維護裝置請定期清理油箱。若油箱底 部或濾油網發現雜質，請先將注油機的電源關閉並將油箱四個角落的螺絲拆下，使油 箱與注油機的其他部份分離，油箱清洗後請將螺絲裝迴旋緊。... -

- Page 12 The YET-T lubrication units are suitable for usinglubricant with a viscosity range at 30 to 750 cStduring it is running. Only new lubricant shall be used. The maximum discharge rate of YET-T1 pump is 200 ml/min. The maximum discharge rate of YET-T2 pump is 150 ml/min.
- Page 13 !Use only new oil with a permitted range of oil viscosity from 30 to 750cSt. Warning !Motor jammed or burned due to high resistance which caused by delivering higher than an oil viscosity of 750cSt, no pressure build-up in centralized lubrication system or insufficient oil delivery caused by pumping lower than an oil viscosity of 30cSt result in centralized lubrication system failure.
