I have a pallet jack of your brand that is new, I haven't used it in a few months and now I'm going to use it for the first time and when you push the handle to raise it, it goes up as the handle returns to its initial position it goes down, I've already put oil on it and sprayed the air on it, what else could it be, I appreciate your help, my job depends on it
