    Warnings Do notuseorkeepthe machineoutside inwet conditions,and avoid direct exposure to rain. Themachine issuitable forusein dry conditionsat atemperature range of +5°Cto +35°C(+41°Fto +95°F). Donot insertobjects throughopenings. Donot use when openingsareclogged. Protect the machine from sunlight andUVradiation. CLACK! 3 Inserttheappropriatescrew intotheholeand, using ascrewdriver,fixthehandletothemachine body. 4 Insertthetankin thehandleatthedesired height (2different heights).     CHARGING THE BATTERY Follow the procedurebelow: Make surethebattery isoff beforeperforming any operations Useonly theChargersuppliedbytheManufacturer.Anydamageormalfunction causedby the useof Chargersotherthanthosesupplied by theManufacturer shallnot becovered bytheWarranty. 1 Insert theplugof thepowercableof theCharger intoa 230voltpower outlet. 2 PlugtheChargerconnector into thesocket located belowthe Battery. Thecorrect chargingof the batterywill besignaledbytheintermittent lightingofoneof theLED positionedonthemembraneand bythelightingof theredlightonthe charger.

    HOW TOGET STARTED The Floorwash machine is a mechanical collection device that can achieve excellent resultseven withtheuse of water without detergent. An excellent result is achieved withtheuseofspecific detergents. Themachine comes with universal brushes (gr0.12).Anyway, itispossible to request specific brushestoourcustomerserviceaccording tothetypeofsurfacetobetreated.

    ON/OFF Make sure the battery isoff beforeperforming anyoperations Before the start-upof the device, checkthat the electrical cordand the machine are not malfunctioninginanyway. If this isnot the case,donot usethe deviceand contactourservice centre as soonas possible. 1 Press thepower buttonlocatedon theleft sideof thebattery.Payattentionto theCautionledlight indicatingthecorrect ignitionof thebattery.

    Beforestartingtheshutdownprocedure,continue tousetheapplianceforat leasttenseconds withoutdispensingwater inordertocompletethedryingoperation. 5 Themachine willswitchoffautomaticallywhen returning thetanktoavertical position(rest position). 6 Presstheon/offbuttonlocatedonthebatteryfor3 secondstoswitchoff thebattery. BATTERYCHARGE LEVEL The batterycharge levelisindicatedby the appropriate ledlightson thetopofthebattery. Dependingonthenumberandcoloroftheled lights,thebatterycharge levelcanbe: Ledcolor Number Batterylevel Green 67%-100% Green 34%-66% Green 0%-33% Thebattery willturnoff automaticallyafter20minutesof inactivity.

    FUNCTIONING Checkthat allstepsdescribedabovehavebeencompletedcorrectlybeforeusingthemachine. Before startingthe washing procedurewiththemachine, remove any solid residual suchas dust,lumps,stones, glass, paper etc.from thesurface whichhastobe treated. 1 Aftertheenginehasturnedon,move themachine backand forthwith linearmovements.Thelever placed beneaththehandlewill allow youto dispensetheliquidpreviouslypoured inthetank. The engineof this appliance is equipped withasafety device which cutsit offincaseofoverload. If thissituation occurs,it isnecessarytoreturnthehandle to its initial position,turn off the battery and turnitonagain, and thenresumenormal work.Intheevent that theenginedoes not workagain, contactourafter-salesservice.

    3 Therecoveryof thedispensed liquidoccurs automaticallybymeansof mechanicalcollection. The liquidwillflowintothewastesituated inthe lowerpartofthemachine. Itis importantto empty the waste when the seepliquidreaches themaximum mark printed on the backof thewaste, thusavoidinganaccidental releaseofthesame. TRANSPORT Totransportthemachinesafely,followthesesteps: Checkthat thetankisplacedina vertical position beforemoving themachine.     AFTERCLEANING Aftercleaning,followthesesteps: Wear protectivegloves when carryingout theseoperations,inorderto avoiddirectcontactwith detergent residuesormetaledges. 1 Opentheuppercoverofthemachinebypushing thetwolateral hooksup. 2 Removeand emptythedirtywaterwaste.Wash it with runningwaterand, ifnecessary,use aspatula toremoveanyresidual fromthebottom. Thestainless steel sheetwelded to the waste isnotremovable. Donot tryto remove it. 3 Unhookthe uppercoverandwashit gentlywith running water. Checkthat thedriptrayandthewatertubearenotclogged.

    4 Unhookanddrainthecleanwater tank2 fromany residualof waterand/or detergent. MAINTENANCE Aregularmaintenancekeepsthemachinesafeand alwaysready touse.Carryout the following operations: Wearprotectivegloveswhen carryingout theseoperations,in ordertoavoid directcontact with metal edgesorsharpplastic parts. Before carryingoutany maintenance work,removethebatteryfollowingtheprocedure indicated above. 1 Unhookthe handlefromthemachinebodyand placeitona worktable. 2 Unhookthe uppercoverofthemachine and wash it thoroughly withrunning water.

    3 Remove thebrushesbypressing thebutton placedon the left sideof the machine. Use adamp cloth to cleantheinternalsides ofthemachine whilecheckingthatseals are not clogged. In caseofprolonged inactivity, carry out at least1 battery recharge cycle every 3months. Ifnotusedfor morethan3months, make surethe battery iscompletelydischargedand then carryouta complete recharge cycle. TROUBLESHOOTINGTIPS The following areexamplesof someproblemsthatmayarise.
